Role and the tasks of education, its quality and direction are closely connected with changes in the social, political and cultural life (both on the local, as well as on the supraregional level). Along with the modernisation of the social processes it is necessary to modernize the area of education-in its relation to the role of knowledge, the learning process and training, regardless of the learners’ age.
