What is Nursing?

First-cycle nursing studies are not only a fully independent profession but also a rapidly evolving field of medicine, which has been legally regulated and has undergone significant transformations over the years. Today's nurse is a highly trained professional with comprehensive competencies in patient care, working autonomously and with full responsibility. This field goes beyond clinical practice, encompassing medical sciences, public health, and physical culture, making it both a practical occupation and an autonomous academic discipline.
