Required Documents:

Before starting your online registration, we recommend preparing digital versions of the necessary documents and personal information required for the recruitment process for your chosen program:

Digital Photograph

• Color photo

• Minimum resolution: 492 x 633 pixels

• Maximum file size: 2.5 MB

• Photo must correspond to ID/passport photo format (35 mm x 45 mm, width x height)

• Should follow ID photo requirements

• JPG format recommended

• If you do not have a professional ID photo, a self-taken photo (e.g., with a mobile phone) is acceptable

• Ensure the photo file is available on the device you will use for online registration

High School Diploma

• Digital version in the form of a scan or photo (e.g., taken with a phone)

• File size must not exceed 5 MB

• File name should include your first name initial and full surname

• Make sure the file is available on the device used for online registration

• JPG format recommended

Recruitment Fee

• A recruitment fee of 85 PLN must be paid in advance

• Transfer title must include: applicant’s full name and chosen program

• We will confirm your payment upon processing

ID Number

• Have your ID (Polish national identification number) ready for online registration

ID Card Series and Number

• Have your ID series and number ready for online registration

Additional documents for Nursing (Master’s level):

• Digital copy (scan or photo) of Bachelor’s degree diploma with diploma supplement

• Submit original high school diploma to the relevant Dean's Office for verification (copy will remain on file), along with a signed personal data form

• For Nursing, Physical Education, Dietetics, and Physiotherapy: obtain a referral for medical examination

• Referral and list of authorized clinics available as attachments on the Faculty of Medical and Technical Sciences (WNMiT) webpage

• Submit medical certificate before finalizing your enrollment

Second-cycle (Master’s level) Studies – Required Documents:

• Register and create an account in the Virtual Dean’s Office (rekrutacja.kans.pl)

• Complete personal information questionnaire

• Upload a digital photograph (meeting ID photo standards)

• Upload digital version of high school diploma

• Upload digital version of Bachelor’s diploma and diploma supplement

• Pay the 85 PLN recruitment fee and upload proof of payment in the system

• Print out the recruitment form

• Submit the following to the Dean's Office:

  • Original high school diploma (for verification)

  • Copy of Bachelor's diploma and supplement

  • Signed personal questionnaire

Online Registration Tips:

• For a smooth process, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer

• Use the latest version of Mozilla Firefox (other browsers may not work correctly)

• If you encounter issues creating an account in the Virtual Dean’s Office, contact your Dean's Office by phone

You may start the registration at any time by clicking the "Online Registration" button. After creating an account and logging in, you can enter your data and select your program. The recruitment process will be completed once all documents are submitted. Previously entered data will be saved, allowing you to return and finish later without re-entering everything.

Personal Questionnaire:

• After creating your Virtual Dean’s Office account, you will receive an email with your login and password

• Log in and go to “Step 1: Enter Personal Information”

• The system will guide you through the process

• Upload your digital photograph in this step

• If you took the "old" Polish Matura exam, enter "none" under Regional Exam Commission

• The system will verify required fields and prompt corrections before allowing you to proceed to the next step

Program Selection:

• After completing Step 1, go to “Step 2: My Programs”

• Select your desired program of study

• After selection, a panel will appear for editing data and uploading required documents

Uploading Documents:

• In the "Required Documents" tab, upload digital versions of your documents (do not print the application form before uploading scans)

• After uploading, you can preview the status and filenames

• Go to the "Recruitment Printouts" tab to complete your registration and view the completed form

• Save the form – you may be asked to send it electronically or print and sign it before submitting to the Dean’s Office

Registration Confirmation:

• Regularly check the email you provided during registration – the Dean’s Office will use it to communicate recruitment updates

If you have difficulty with online registration, visit our Library and Information Center – Room 22, Ground Floor. A KANS library staff member will assist you with the registration process at dedicated computer stations.
