Have you ever heard about Erasmus? Erasmus is a European Union (EU) program that promotes international exchange and cooperation in the field of education, training, youth, and sport. Erasmus programs provide opportunities for students, teachers, and other professionals to study, train, teach, or volunteer abroad within the participating countries.

As an Erasmus student here in Jelenia Gora, Poland, I've had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the rich culture, stunning landscapes, and vibrant academic life that this charming city has to offer. Let's start with my academic journey at Karkonosze College. This institution is not only a hub of knowledge but also a place where diverse perspectives and ideas converge. The faculty's dedication to education and the engaging learning environment have truly enriched my Erasmus experience. From interactive lectures to thought-provoking seminars, I've been able to broaden my horizons and develop new skills that will undoubtedly shape my future.

Oh, and let's not forget about the delicious Polish cuisine! From hearty pierogis to flavorful kielbasa, every meal has been a delightful journey for my taste buds. Exploring local eateries and trying traditional dishes has been a wonderful way to connect with the culture and its people. Poland is a captivating country situated in Central Europe. Bordered by Germany to the west, the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the south, Ukraine and Belarus to the east, and Lithuania and the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad to the northeast. When we look at the location of Karkonosze College, it is nestled in the picturesque and enchanting Karkonosze Mountains, a pristine natural wonderland located in southwestern Poland and the northern Czech Republic.
